My first screen protector lasted maybe 2 weeks, and then the light caught the crack, while using the phone the crack isn't seen, and doesn't effect phone use in any way. No idea how it cracked, never been dropped, or even sat down hard.. But it did crack... That being said, I submitted for a replacement, and there was a hassel-free experience. BodyGuardz sent me a replacement promptly, which i installed and have been crack free since. The worry free replacements makes this a no brainer for me, to purchase BodyGuardz screen protectors for my phones in the future when it's time to upgrade again. Thanks BodyGuardz.

The applicator pulling it out to set screen left a mark in center of glass. Won't come off.
