BodyGuardz® Limited Warranty
for Screen Protectors, Full-Body Skins, and Smart Home Products

NLU Products, L.L.C. dba BGZ brands (“BGZ brands”) warrants that its BodyGuardz® screen protectors, full-body skins, and Smart Home products (“Products”) will be free from manufacturing defects for one (1) year from the date of purchase by the original, end-user purchaser.

Because BGZ brands cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, this warranty applies only to Products that were purchased from BGZ brands or a BGZ brands authorized seller, unless otherwise prohibited by law. BGZ brands reserves the right to reject warranty claims from purchasers for Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites. This warranty does not cover any defects due to normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, alteration to the product, or negligence. This warranty is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser.

Purchasers of Products who wish to make a warranty claim based upon a Product defect should complete and submit the form found at https://www.bodyguardz.com/contact.html or contact BGZ brands at support@bodyguardz.com or 1 (844) 4GUARDZ and have the following information available: (i) the Product name; (ii) the name of the seller from whom the Product was purchased; and (iii) proof of purchase. If your request is approved, you will then need to send BGZ brands two (2) pictures of your Product, a proof of purchase, and your Warranty Return Authorization number to: support@bodyguardz.com or 2801 N Thanksgiving Way, Ste 300 Lehi, UT 84043. You are responsible for any costs incurred in mailing these items to BGZ brands.

If BGZ brands determines that the Product is covered under this warranty, BGZ brands will repair or replace the defective Product, in its sole discretion. BGZ brands reserves the right to replace a defective Product with a replacement product of equal or greater value if the defective Product is no longer available or out of stock. Should BGZ brands elect to repair your defective product, you are responsible for any costs incurred in mailing the defective product to BGZ brands.

In addition, for Products that are part of collaborator projects, which are limited in availability, BGZ brands will replace them with a case of equal value. Collaborator cases are subject to availability, and if a collaborator case is no longer available or out of stock, BGZ Brands reserves the right to replace the defective Product with a replacement product of equal or greater value, in its sole discretion.

There are no warranties which extend beyond those stated herein. Any implied warranties that may be applicable to Products, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Under no circumstances shall BGZ brands be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages based upon breach of this warranty, breach of contract, or strict liability. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.

BodyGuardz® Limited Lifetime Warranty for Cases

NLU Products, L.L.C. dba BGZ brands (“BGZ brands”) warrants that its BodyGuardz® cases (“Products”) will be free from manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the Product. For purposes of this warranty, the term “lifetime” is defined as two (2) years from the date of purchase by the original, end-user purchaser.

Because BGZ brands cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, this warranty applies only to Products that were purchased from BGZ brands or a BGZ brands authorized seller, unless otherwise prohibited by law.
