Limited Lifetime Replacement Program

What is covered: Verizon Screen Protectors (the “Accessory”) are designed to be durable and keep your device safe. However, normal wear and tear may require replacement. If the Accessory scratches, cracks, wears out, or is damaged, we will replace it with a new Accessory.

How to get a replacement: To obtain a replacement Accessory, please visit https://www.bodyguardz.com/Verizon.html to create an account with BodyGuardz. After successful registration, you will be able to place an order for your replacement, as well as get information on how to return your original Accessory to BodyGuardz. You may be asked to provide proof of purchase. Shipping and handling fees apply, which must be paid for, using a credit or debit card, at the time the replacement Accessory order is placed. When ordering a replacement, you are acknowledging that you will return your original Accessory within sixty (60) days of your order. If the original Accessory is not returned in this time, you will be charged full price for the replacement Accessory. If BodyGuardz can replace your Accessory, the replacement Accessory will be shipped directly to you. If BodyGuardz does not have inventory to replace your Accessory, it will either offer you an alternative Accessory compatible with your device or provide you with a coupon code (good for twelve (12) months) for a 30% discount towards the purchase from BodyGuardz of a new Accessory to use with a new device purchase.

Replacement limitations and exclusions: The Limited Lifetime Replacement program applies only to this Accessory, is non-transferable, only available to the original purchaser of the Accessory, and is subject to availability. The lifetime of the Accessory is defined as two (2) years from the date of the original purchase from Verizon or any Verizon authorized retailer. Online ordering eligibility can be determined by viewing the replacement list in your account after you have registered your Accessory purchase with BodyGuardz.

BodyGuardz Limited Warranty

What is covered: BodyGuardz warrants to the original purchaser of the Accessory that should the Accessory or any part be proved defective in materials or workmanship, from the date of the original purchase from Verizon or any Verizon authorized retailer for a period of two (2) years, then it will be replaced without charge for parts or labor directly related to the defect.
