The Low-Down on AppleCare

AppleCare is the proprietary customer care program that exclusively covers Apple products bought at Apple’s online stores, physical stores, or at any authorized retailer. Some of AppleCare’s main features include:

• 90 days of complimentary technical support services
• One year of hardware repair coverage

Apple also offers extended warranties through AppleCare+. Both AppleCare and AppleCare+ plans must be purchased at the time of device purchase.

What is the Difference Between the Two Programs?

The key distinctions between these programs might be summed up this way: The BodyGuardz Advantage Program provides financial benefits through the provision of free replacement screen protectors, exclusive discounts, and special offers. AppleCare address technical concerns affecting hardware and software, in addition to customer support services. AppleCare’s financial savings are seen primarily in terms of device repair and replacement.

Which Program is Better for You?
